app/Conten ts/Library /LoginItem s/ChronoSy nc Scheduler.app) The only reason I was extorted into buying the Adobe Cloud was because, as I was told, the reason my computer was crashing previously was because of my wonderful and loved CS5 programs were making my new mac pro crash, I reluctantly upgraded, this month, to the 'All Program CC' now I am crashing the same way because of Adobe CEF Helper. Should I pot those reports also?Īny help, greatly appreciated. I also have a few macs showing large kernel_task's around the 2.0 gig mark (MacPro's). There are no obvious issues with the mac so far but the last thing I want is for the crashes to evolve into a larger issue while out on a job. Can anyone shed any light on what I can do to stop the crashes? At this stage I am just been proactive. This is the first time I have seen any crashes in the Diagnostics Information at the bottom of the report. I would start by uninstalling or disabling Adobe and see how things work out (judging from the comments, you found the problem and fixed it) Going forward, if you run into something like this, always start in Safe Mode to help eliminate problems. I always run Etrecheck just to see if there are any issues before sending the mac out on jobs. Thanks to the log you posted, we can see that a daemon Adobe CEF Helper seems to be causing issues.

I have just set up a mid 2015 MBP which is in a vanilla/newly installed state. If you found this article helpful, please like us on Facebook, share this on your social media or kindly buy us a cup of coffee.Hi there. It isn’t much (resource wise) but we strive to be as efficient as possible. We hope this article has helped you restore some system resources by disabling Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer. This is only good if you are just running Adobe Reader. Keep in mind that the Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer is required to run other Adobe related software.

You may need to reboot your Windows based computer or manually “ End task” via your Task Manager application. Then click on the “ Sign Out” link from the drop down menu. To sign out of your Adobe account within Adobe Reader simply click on the icon towards the top right of Adobe Reader. Once we signed out of our account the background process no longer started up. We discovered that the background process would initiate once we opened our Adobe Reader program. We could find no such setting or option to disable it. We weren’t using the Adobe Collaboration Synchronization feature anyway so we tried to find a setting to disable it. To disable the Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer background process one must sign out of their Adobe account within their Adobe software.
